The air volume of the dust collector directly leads to the loss of abrasives. Before using the sand blasting machine, adjust the dust valve of the dust collector to the optimal position and lock it. Clean the filter cartridge inside the dust collector on time, and pour the waste sand in the dust bucket of the dust collector on time.
Abrasive recovery device
There are two types of abrasive recovery devices, one is pneumatic recovery, and the other is mechanical recovery. If non-metals are used in the sandblasting machine, pneumatic recovery is recommended. If metal abrasives are used, both can be used. Because non-metals are mechanically recycled, the abrasive is easily scraped by the spiral, causing waste.
The wear of the spray gun will also directly bring about the loss of abrasives. When the sand blasting machine is in use, the nozzle, sand nozzle, gas nozzle, and gun body of the spray gun should be checked in time. Once it is found to be worn, it should be replaced in time. Avoid abrasive wear and waste.
Many professionals do not agree with or neglect abrasive wear of sand pipes. In fact, sand pipes still have a certain role in abrasive wear. The orientation of sand pipes completely leads to the direction of abrasive jets, and the degree of bending of sand pipes will also affect The direction of the abrasive jet, so each sand tube of the sand blasting machine minimizes the bending direction.
The magnitude of the pressure directly leads to the speed of the efficiency and also the size of the abrasive loss. If the fastest pressure and the least abrasive loss are made at the best pressure, we need to know the precise data. This depends on the user's product.
