The blasting pressure is higher, the distance between the spray gun and the workpiece is longer, the blasting pressure is lower, and the distance between the spray gun and the workpiece is closer.
Second, the best angle of sand blasting
Some users believe that holding a spray gun at 90 degrees is the best angle for sandblasting the work surface, but it is not. The really best blasting angle is 45 degrees. Only when the blasting angle is adjusted to 45 degrees, can the blasting function be most effective.
Three, sandblasting supplies selection
In order to save costs for many customers, the consumables used are industrial river sand, as well as cheap quartz sand and ore sand. The air compressor is an auxiliary equipment of the sand blasting machine, and it is also an indispensable power for the sand blasting. Sand blasting machine also has strict requirements on the selection of air compressors, such as the flow rate of the gas source and the dry purity of the gas source. Generally, a sand blasting gun with a nozzle of 8 mm and a sand blasting pressure of 6 kg requires a flow rate of 0.8 cubic meters per minute.
