Structure of blasting pipe:
The sand blasting pipe is composed of an inner rubber layer, a reinforcing layer and an outer rubber layer, and the layers are connected with an adhesive. The inner rubber layer is in direct contact with the compressed air and the abrasive, and the wear resistance is quite high. Once the inner rubber layer is worn through, the reinforcement layer is exposed and the blast tube will burst. The reinforcement layer is the pressure-resistant layer of the sandblasted hose. The material and structure of the reinforcement layer directly determine the pressure rating of the blast pipe. Common reinforcement layers include cloth reinforcement layers and winding reinforcement layers.
Specifications and selection principles of sand blasting pipes
The specifications of the blasting pipe refer to the inner diameter of the blasting pipe. The specifications of the commonly used blasting pipe are 20mm, 25mm, and 32mm. The only basis for the correct selection of the blast tube is the diameter of the nozzle.
