Application performance of sand blasting machine parts in industry
The theory of organizational design of sandblasting machine parts in modern enterprises is undoubtedly dynamic. It has been pointed out earlier that it includes not only the design of the organizational structure itself, but also various issues during the operation of the organizational structure. Such as management norms, performance evaluation, incentive system, staffing and training, organizational structure changes, etc. during the operation of the organizational structure. Due to some problems in the operation of the organizational structure, such as the salary reward system, staffing and training, etc., there have been detailed studies and discussions in relevant management disciplines.
When using sandblasting machines and iron-blasting machines without exhaust boxes to clean the castings, a large amount of harmful dust is generated, which makes workers prone to silicosis. In addition, dry quartz grit or iron grit (0.5-2.0 mm) bumped back from the casting, hitting workers hard, may also harm the face and arms. Therefore, sandblasters and iron blasters must wear canvas overalls and canvas (preferably leather) gloves, regardless of fingers. Wear a special closed hood on the head that covers the entire head and face. It is set with broken glass glasses or a piece of glass to supply breathing air.
Sand blasting machine accessories are very important for the dust removal device in the cleaning section of the cast iron workshop, which must be emphasized. The most dusty part of the clean-up and roughing section of the cast iron workshop is the working place without the enclosed sandblasting machine. Therefore, the blasting room must be isolated from other sections of the foundry. Practical experience proves that setting artificial ventilation here is of little help. The main thing is to do a good job of protecting individual blasters. According to the specifications, work clothes and hoods should be provided, and 15-17 cubic meters of fresh air should be supplied into the hoods every hour for workers to breathe.
