1. The operation process before using the sand blasting equipment is connected to the air source and power supply of the sand blasting machine, and the power switch on the electrical box is turned on. Set the pressure of the compressed air entering the spray gun through the pressure reducing valve between 0.4 and 0.6 MPa as required. When you choose a suitable abrasive injection machine, add sand slowly to prevent blockage.
2. The operation flow of the sand blasting machine equipment when the blasting machine is stopped, the power and air supply of the blasting machine must be cut off. Check whether there is any abnormality in each part, and always check whether the connection of each pipeline is firm. Do not drop anything other than the specified abrasive into the work chamber, so as not to affect the circulation of the abrasive. The surface of the workpiece to be processed must be dry.
Note: Never start compressed air with the gun unfixed or held!
3. After using the blasting machine equipment, if you need to stop processing urgently, press the emergency stop button switch, and the blasting machine will stop working. Turn off power and air to the machine. When the shift is to be stopped, first clean the workpiece and turn off the spray gun switches; clean the work surface, the inner wall of the blasting cabin and the abrasives attached to the mesh plate to flow back to the separator. Turn off the dust removal unit. Turn off the power switch on the electrical box. Finally, talk about how to replace the abrasive of the sand blasting machine, thoroughly clean the work surface, the inner wall of the sand blasting gun and the abrasive adhered on the mesh plate, so that it flows back to the separator. Open the leather plug at the bottom of the sand control valve and collect the abrasive into a container. Add new abrasive to the cabin as needed, but start the fan first.
