1) Pneumatic control system:

Its characteristics are that each time the three valves are opened and closed, the gas of the blasting cylinder will increase and discharge, and each time there is a certain time for opening and closing. If a manually controlled sand control valve is used, the worker must wait for the spray. The sand blasting gun can be lowered only after all the gas in the sand cylinder is exhausted, because the sand control valve is not controlled by the air control switch. The manual sand control valve is always open regardless of whether the air control switch is on or off. There is a time lag of about 4 seconds, so each time there is an instantaneous pulse on and off, the abrasive will be stored in the sand pipe to a certain extent, which will cause the pipe to be blocked, so the system is not suitable for sandblasting operations longer than 20m. (If you must use manual (For sand valves, it is best to choose a 45-degree inclined falling sand butterfly adjustment valve, which can effectively reduce the sand blocking problem caused by vertical falling sand and increasing resistance.)
For sandblasting operations longer than 20m, it is recommended to add a power distribution control system to greatly reduce the reaction time and reduce instantaneous pulses.
2) Electric control system:
It is also called a wired control system.Unlike air control, the control line connected to the gun head and the sand blasting machine is not an air pipe but a wire. The electric control box switch suspended on the sand blasting machine is opened or closed through the wire to control the solenoid valve (using a solenoid valve (Replaces the air shutoff valve), and then controls the main air source switch, you can also connect a small solenoid valve with the air shutoff valve to replace the manual air operated switch of the air control type, other accessories are basically the same as the air control type, such as our company The 400-type engraving sandblasting machine is assembled in this way.
The advantage of the electric control system is that for large sandblasting projects such as large oil tanks, cabins, etc. that operate at more than 20 meters or even 60 meters, it can reduce the blockage caused by instantaneous pulses, control delays or excessively long sand pipes. Large-scale sand blasting projects generally use manual butterfly sand control valves that produce sand at 45 degrees.The advantage is that it is not easy to block sand.
3) Wireless remote control system:
